Appointment Making

1.   Can I make an appointment to see a doctor without a referral letter?

Yes, you may self refer. The consultation fee ranges from $65.00 to $93.20, depending on the seniority of the doctor you are consulting. Medication, treatment and investigation fees are separately charged.

2.   Can I make an appointment with a referral letter from a General Practitioner?

Yes you can, however you will be seen at the non-subsidized clinic. The consultation fee ranges from $60.40 to $87.40, depending on the seniority of the doctor you are consulting. Medication, treatment and investigation fees are separately charged.

3.   Does NSC accept walk-in patients?

All patients are seen strictly by appointments only, unless you have very urgent skin problems. When you arrive at our Centre, you will be assessed by our nurses to ascertain the severity of your condition. If you require immediate medical attention, the nurse will make special arrangements for our doctor to assess you further. Please be prepared to wait for your consultation as patients with appointments will be given priority. An additional walk-in fee of $10 will be charged on top of the consultation fees.

4.   How do I book an appointment?

You may visit our website at www.nsc.gov.sg for an e-Form Submission for an appointment, or send us an email at appointment@nsc.gov.sg. You can also call our Appointment Centre at 6350 6666 between 8.00am to 5.00pm (Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays), or send us a fax at 6258 2475.
